The Daily
A Procore administrator and document controller, without the headcount.
Day to day Procore administration and document control for contractors in New Zealand, the United Kingdom and the United States. Users, permissions, and company and project settings kept current; contract correspondence, RFIs, submittals, drawings and specifications issued, tracked and evidenced, so your projects stay audit ready from the first week to the last.
Run by a quantity surveyor, booked by the day, delivered remotely, on your hours.
Your project team builds. Holland Mazo runs the information. Neither one waits on the other.
Day rate
Two rates. Published, so you can budget it.

No expenses are charged for remote work. Site attendance and travel are agreed in writing beforehand and charged at cost.

Common questions
What does a Procore administrator and document controller do?
Runs Procore at two levels. At company level: users, permissions, new projects set up from your template, directories, insurance records and settings, and first line support for your team. At project level: correspondence, RFIs, submittals, drawings and specifications issued, tracked and closed out, so everyone works from the latest approved revision and superseded revisions stay out of circulation.
What does a Procore administrator / document controller cost?
The permanent equivalent runs NZ$85,000 to NZ$105,000 in New Zealand, £40,000 to £55,000 in the UK and upwards of US$80,000 in the US. On top of salary come employer taxes and levies, retirement contributions, insurances, leave, a desk, equipment and software seats, which add 15% or more in New Zealand and the UK and more than 40% in the US. That cost is fixed whether the pipeline is busy or quiet.
How do hours and invoicing work?
The Daily is delivered remotely, on working hours agreed against your local time zone: New Zealand time, UK time, or US Eastern, Central, Mountain, Pacific and Hawaiian time.
Holland Mazo is registered in Hong Kong and invoices in your own currency, with a local account in each market: a New Zealand bank account, a UK sort code and account number, and a US routing and account number for ACH. US clients receive a completed W-8BEN-E for their records, in place of a W-9.
Can this be run remotely?
Yes. Procore is cloud based, so the platform is equally close to everyone wherever they work. What matters is that Procore stays the single source of truth. Information kept in a local folder or an inbox is invisible to everyone else, and that is where fragmentation and errors start. One digital environment removes the problem, provided permissions and workflows are set up properly and kept that way, which is part of the role.
