The Daily

A Procore project administrator, without the headcount.

Day to day ownership of project information in Procore for contractors in New Zealand, the United Kingdom and the United States. RFIs, submittals, drawings and registers issued, tracked and evidenced as they move, so the project record stands on its own and stays audit ready from the first week to the last. Booked by the day, delivered remotely, on your hours.

Your project team builds. Holland Mazo runs the information. Neither one waits on the other.

Common questions

Common questions

What does a Procore project administrator actually do?

Keeps all project information in Procore accurate, current and accessible: correspondence, submittals, RFIs, drawings, specifications, schedules, approvals and reports. Distributes it across the site team, subcontractors and consultants so everyone works from the latest approved revision, and keeps superseded revisions out of circulation. Also administers the platform: directories, permissions and insurance records.

What does a Procore project administrator cost?

The permanent equivalent runs $85,000 to $105,000 in NZ, £34,000 to £45,000 in the UK and US$70,000 or more, before retirement contributions, insurances, other benefits, a desk, equipment and software seats, which add 15% or more again. That cost is fixed whether the project is busy or quiet.

Do you work with UK and US contractors?

Yes. The Daily is delivered remotely to contractors in New Zealand, the United Kingdom and the United States. Working hours are set against your local time zone, anywhere from GMT through to Pacific & Hawaiian time, and invoices are issued in your own currency with local bank details, so payment stays domestic.

Can document control be run remotely?

Yes. Procore is cloud based, so the platform is equally close to everyone wherever they work. What matters is that Procore stays the single source of truth. Information kept in a local folder or an inbox is invisible to everyone else, and that is where fragmentation and errors start. One digital environment removes the problem, provided permissions and workflows are set up properly at the start.
